Take Highway 63 into Ottumwa to second set of stop lights; turn left onto Court Street (Phillips 66 gas station will be on your left); take Court Street to the fourth intersection, which will be Carter Avenue; turn left onto Carter and follow it onto the IHCC campus. Continue through the campus. Area 15 RPC is in the last building on the left side, lower level.

Take Highway 34 into Ottumwa to third set of stop lights; turn left onto Highway 63 north; take Highway 63 to second set of stop lights; turn right onto Woodland Avenue; take Woodland Avenue to next stop sign; turn left onto Court Street; take Court Street past the elementary school and turn right on Alta Vista (east). Follow Alta Vista to the campus drive on left. Area 15 RPC is in the first building on right side, lower lever.

Take Highway 34/63 into Ottumwa; turn right onto Highway 63 north; take Highway 63 to second set of stop lights; turn right onto Woodland Avenue; take Woodland Avenue to next stop sign; turn left onto Court Street; take Court Street past the elementary school and turn right on Alta Vista (east).
