AHEAD Regional Housing Trust Fund
The mission of the AHEAD Regional Housing Trust Fund (RHFT) is to promote and preservation of affordable housing for low-to-moderate income households in Davis, Jeffeson, Keokuk, Mahaska, Van Buren and Wapello counties.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
2012 funding requires projects to be in the rural area of one of the 6 counties, or in one of the following jurisdictions:

INCOME LIMITS
Projects must serve households at or below 80% of either the Median Family Income (MFI) as determined by the Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) or at or below 80% Mortgage Rate Based (MRB) from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). See Income Requirements link on right. ⇒
AVAILABLE PROGRAMS
Projects must retain and improve the structural integrity of the housing unit.
