Community Development primarily focuses on activities that will maintain and expand the quality of life to the citizens of our neighborhood.  Community Development assistance is provided to the membership by the RPC staff.

The Area 15 RPC prepares grant/loan applications on behalf of local governments for community development activities.  If these projects are funded, the RPC administers the grant/loan.
