PFSA - Public Facilities Set-Aside Program

The Public Facilities Set-Aside (PFSA) Program assists communities in providing local infrastructure improvements that support specific business location or expansion projects.  Projects eligible for funding include sanitary sewer systems, water systems, streets and roads, storm sewer systems, rail and airport facilities.  Applications must be for projects that support a specific identified development opportunity which will create or retain direct jobs.
