Transportation Advisory
Committee
The Regional Planning
Affiliation (RPA) Technical Advisory Committee is strictly an advisory group
to the Policy Board. The group is primarily responsible for setting up a
planning process to accept annual STP and Enhancement applications,
reviewing, and making recommendations for funding. Additional
responsibilities are defined in the Articles of Agreement.
The regularly scheduled meeting for the
Policy Board is the 2nd Thursday of each month, at 10:00 a.m. Meetings are
held in Ottumwa, at the OTA/10-15 Transit Offices, 2417 South Emma Street.
