Policy Board
The Regional Planning
Affiliation (RPA) Policy Board is the decision making body for the RPA. This
board is responsible for giving
final approval on selection
of projects for funding and programming. The duties of the Board are
described in the Articles of Agreement.
The regularly scheduled meeting for the
Policy Board is the 4th Thursday of each month, at 11:00 a.m. Meetings are
held in Ottumwa, at the OTA/10-15 Transit Offices, 2417 South Emma Street.
