Money needed to help fund community development projects may be available through grants and/or loans.  The Area 15 RPC prepares grants and loan applications on behalf of our local governments.  The RPC also offers grant administration services to assist with the necessary paperwork and procedures required by many grant and loan programs.  Examples of projects include upgrading existing or constructing new wastewater collection/treatment facilities, water systems, community facilities, streets and roads, storm water drainage, housing rehabilitation, and cultural/recreational amenities.
