Area 15 Regional Planning Commission administers two housing programs within our six county region operated under Affordable Housing Enterprises and Development (AHEAD), Inc. The main goal of AHEAD, Inc. is to provide quality housing that is affordable to low and moderate income people thoughtout Area 15's six county region. The two programs under AHEAD, Inc. include the Regional Housing Trustfund (RHTF) and the Southern Iowa Home Ownership (SIHO) program. Below are links to the two different AHEAD, Inc. programs.
